I am really happy to share with you, that I received two awards in Czech Press Photo 2017. I got awarded in category "Daily life" and "Canon Junior Awards" with my picture "Jump/Skok". The picture will be also displayed at the official exhibition that is taking place at Staroměstská radnice/Prague's Old Town Hall, in Křížová chodba and Rytířský sál (Cloisters and Knights’ Hall). The exhibition will be open till 30th January 2018 and you are most welcome to visit!

I have always perceived Czech Press Photo as really a prestigious competition and have always looked up to the winners. It still feels almost surreal to be one of the awarded - and I am really honored to be part of this great event.

I have already tried to disclose the background of the winning picture in an interview that can be found under this link (http://bit.ly/2B2EFNo), or you can download the unedited text, that I provided to the magazine here. But apart from that I decided to share with you four yet unpublished pictures, that I took a few minutes before the "final" shot.
